- Completed Grades 5th – 8th Grade ( A camper who has completed 8th grade can attend either Jr. High or Sr. High)
Sr. High Camp June 23 – 27, 2009
- Completed 8th – 12th grade ( A senior who has graduated can still attend camp)

$135 if post marked by May 28, 2009
$155 if post marked after May 28, 2009
